Where is my confirmation email?

Can I change my order?

Once an order is placed, we do not allow changes to orders.

If your order is processed with incorrect address, we encourage you to get in touch to support through the tracking link provided. There maybe an option for redirection available.

Why hasn't my order been shipped?

98% of our orders are shipped on time within 24-48 hours of your order being placed during business days.

Some orders can be delayed due high demand periods such as Ramadan, Eid or New Year.

When will items be restocked?

Kindly sign up to our back in stock via the product page/Home page. We will send you an email once the item you are looking for becomes available. Items are unlikely to restock, allowing for a continuous rotation of new styles.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours during non-peak times.

Standard: 2 - 8 business days

Express: 1 - 4  business days

International

Standard: 5 - 12 business days

How long for a reply to my inquiry?
